Anyone else race today. Cannock was awesome. Difficult, in a good way.
Was there... Big crash at the start of elite race. Not the best of days all round really. Still finished though.

Had a rubbish first lap (tried too hard to be fast and technique went out the window), and just seen the results. If I were elite and a girl I would have won! Shame I am in the huge pack of 40 something highly competitive blokes.
Great race, but a hard course (slippery, twisty, rooty, hilly, muddy) and great fun after it finished!
Agreed, trail had very little reward. I saw people breaking bits on practice laps.
Very competitive in all categories from what I could see.
Only complaint I've got is the fowl chips from the roach coach afterwards. Yuk!
