Keep getting a message that they have exceeded their bandwidth when I try to visit their site.
Glitch, or something worse?

I would say glitch, as they are out at eurobike, and are releasing new products so probably lots of traffic recently.

Will they still make custom length cranks as herself would like some short x-type road cranks?
