Where can I get a tool to undo the chainring/spider on my middle burn cranks?
I've heard it is the same as some shimano standard, is this right?
Anyone got a link to a cheap one, or have a spare?

Which one did you buy out of interest? The Park tool version doesn't allow the use of a torque wrench. Well, not mine anyway.
You really want the Shimano tool,TL-UN96
