Ordered some shoes yesterday at 13.15, turned up today at 10.20! They've always been good...but thats outstanding.
Order placed at 13:30, parcel on my desk at 09:00 the next day.

Not very happy with Merlin this week. Broke a chain monday so thought I would order from them along with a few other things I had been meaning to order, assuming they would be here before weekend. Saturday is here but the bits aren't which means I am going to have to go and buy a chain to ride tomorrow.
I'm not happy with Merlin, ordered something off them late Saturday afternoon and it has not been delivered today. But then again, I live in Holland and it is a public holiday here, might cut them a little bit of slack! 🙂
