its dam good stuff for cars...leaves a nice smooth shine on ya bonnett...... is it no good for bike frames tho...perhaps alittle harsh ?...just spotted sum in the cupboard thort id ask.....

Don't see why not. I've used various car polish/wax on frames. Just keep it off cables/pivots would be my only advice

I used to polish my Orange 5 from time to time, it's pretty easy given the slap like profile of most of the tubes.

I polished my new frame with Autoglym and its fine....

Can't see it doing any harm but maybe a bit OTT for a bike?!

it gets washed loads in winter but less in summer.. tho after every ride i like to quick clean the cassette and chain/ rings.... dont like mud clogging up my lovely bike.. anyway ive never really polished my orange bike b4, ( it seems to have kept it shiney apple green colour very well after a years riding.... i have used that Bike spray polish' for my specialized hardtail, but thats about it for polish...not bad stuff.( it puts a shiney film on the frame)...
