Has anybody ridden the Mendips recently? I'm thinking about heading to Cheddar to do the Rowberrow/Beacon Batch/Charterhouse loop. Is it worth riding or too boggy?

Haven't been for a few weeks, last time we made the mistake of coming out of Rowberrow Woods and heading towards the Trig point . Big mistake ! Never been so covered in mud ! Grim grim grim ! Shouldn't think the 2 streams are much better 🙁
