the help centre is very good I had problems upgrading to the new one also had to put the serial number in.

i had a problem with this
i contacted them through the help desk on the mem map website
they were very helpful and got it sorted in a few days

does anyone have the memory map national cycle network edition?

for £20 it sounds like a bargain, but would like someones opinion before the big splash out!

anyone send me a product key?

The product keys are linked into the individual software licence i.e. I think you get 2 each for printing, mobile device, etc etc. You have an online account now to manage your software keys. Thats how I had to do it to upgrade my old 2004 key to the new V5.

Jeez - i have a 2004 key, what do i need to do to upgrade? is there a cost?

RR - its only needed if you upgrade the MM software from v4 to v5 - however the v4 maps won't work in v5 without a hex editor tweak of the maps files from v4 so if ya happy with v4 dont worry about it 🙂

its just that i can't get it to install on my phone thats all as the mobile install option is greyed out - grrr
