[Closed] Medium or long cage

Long cage according to shimano but you'll probably get away with medium if you're careful

It's a 39t spread so get chain length ok in big/big and don't go small/small for maximum security

Thanks for the link above, sounds like 39T on a 150mm FS will be too much for a medium, will go long to be on the safe side.

I run a medium no probs on a 26/38 11-36

Do you think that 24/38 with a 36/11 would be ok? 2 more teeth...

I run 24/38 with 36/11 on a medium cage mech. No problems ever.

Is that using all cog combinations?
