[#3115884]

I need to lube the seal on my X fusion dropper post , USA tech dept says its Ok to take it off & grease, but I cant get any purchase to unscrew it. Its about 30mm dia. and a smooth anodized surface. Have tried a pipe wrench and tyre bodge but no shifty. Any ideas of using general things around the garage ? Don’t really want to use the vice for fear of crushing.

+1 for boa wrench - most DIY or motor mechanics shops will have them inc Halfrauds as you can use them for taking oil filters off 🙂

Any luck? I need to do the seals on mine - also, did you get the red collar separately or with the post? Bling!

Also you can use them for opening stubborn air cans on rearshocks.
