Been given a Scott Yecora from about 2002 (I think) but it has no mech hanger on. Anyone any idea what the part number is or what one looks like so I can get on line and order one up, or has anyone got one??
A pic would help a lot. You may find the answer googling it.
Wheels Manufacturing, distributed by Madison, sell hangers for pretty much every bike, may be worth looking at their site.
Bike came minus the hanger so piccy is a no-go, been googling all evening and a few sites including BETD and Wheels Manufacturing sell hangers for Scott but as I have no part number and I don't know what it looks like it's an uphill battle!! Will try contacting Scott directly if all else fails 🙁 Thanks anyway.
A pic of the dropout, I worked out that you don't have the hanger.
It's the relief shape on the dropout that counts.
Hargroves Cycles seem to have a "universal" hanger to cover all MTB frames going back to 1997. Seems rather a broad spectrum to cover but may be worth a punt...
johnny - send a picture of the mech to info@betd.co.uk and we will tell you what it is and the number of the hanger you need. Aren't saying you've missed anything but the staff in the office are pretty good at finding them out and if you draw a blank we still may be able help.
