Can you remember this? its awsome just been watching clips of it on youtube. Im off now to dig through my old videos see if i still have it!
Ah spooky i watched it yesterday!, yeah its truly great the riding style especial good old Jason Mcroy! what a legend!....Ah the memory's!
The old sprung series are great to!
Classic (and classically awful in places!) - I watch it from time to time and it always takes me back.
That band doing the sound track were comically bad though weren't they...
Sorry to dig this up, but was searching the net for a copy of it to no avail - has anyone digitised it?
What are the other riders doing now ?
Dave Hemming ?
Scott Dommett ?
Rob Warner --drinkin beer
Ahhh cheers buzz, but the quality is rubbish, and it's only 6 minutes!
Did the original footage ever get uncovered?
Are you after it in digital? Think I have it on VHS along with Getta Grip, Mud Cows and a fair few others from that era..
I emptied out my old bedroom in my parents house the other day. chainspotting, getta grip, burning calves, mud cows were some of the VHS tapes i found.
I would love a digital version of it, I'm sure others would too!
here my thread on it ๐ have a read! http://www.singletrackworld.com/forum/topic/dirt-jmc-content-which-mtb-video-inspired-you-the-most

I saw Dave Hemming about ten years ago in Evans cycles and he was working for Cannondale at the time as a sales rep.
Apparently the other guy in the video (Jey Avery, the one dressed as something from Rollerball) still does bike shows.

Didn't MBUK re-release it last year on DVD with a new soundtrack?
I always preferred Pulp Traction myself...

There's a thread on Retrobike from '05, but can't find anything else.
If anyone has a copy on DVD I'll pay good money to see it again.
Another good one I remember was Real Sick, that was free with MBUK soem years ago. Had a cracking soundtrack too.
I stumbled across Rob Warner presenting an MX show with the snowboarder from Ski Sunday on some random Sky channel the other day. They were jumping mountainbikes off a lake jump trying to replicate the MX tricks. It was quite fun in a very sad way.

Yes - I should have a copy at home somewhere.
Check this channel out the videos are pretty good quality
Thought Dirt was terrible to be honest.
