[#636525]

I have 5 possible tyres to choose from:

Planning on riding my Yeti 575 on which I've been running a Bontrager Revolt Super X (f) and Maxxis Larsen 2.0 (r) for the last couple of months and it's a great skinny combination in the dry.

Also have the following kicking around:

Maxxis Ignitor
Maxxis Minion Downhill Front
Nobby Nic

Usually carry the Nobby Nic as a spare as it's very light, but I've ripped them before...

What would you recommend?

Thanks in advance

It's going to be bone dry and the ground rock hard so semi slicks are where it's at.

or maybe trailrakers

or perhaps something in between.

It's gonna be dry. The Larsons will be ace.

Besides if it rains it wont matter whats on your wheels it'll be what's on your feet that makes the difference.

Take the Larsons and buy some mud tyres while there if you need to. There's always some great deals on tyres.

If you're right Dave I will probably stick with Super X on the front, Larsen on the back and the Nobby Nic as a back up ๐Ÿ™‚
