Yeah Andy, went out and did another lap in the morning. Was gonna go out and see how fast I could go, but bumped into a friend doing solo, and she was in a bad way, so 2 of us nursed her round her final lap.
Saw Matt, and he was shouting at me to stop hanging about, I was just waiting around making sure our Solo friend was ok.
