Had a chance to compare the rockhopper '09 and '10 next to each other earlier today.
Looking at the two together I reckon the 2010 model is a bit of a step backwards,
maybe it's because I've got an '09?
Opinions please people!

It may well be the case. Raised prices mean that companies are being more cutting some stuff back to match a pricepoint.
In road bikes the new Trek 1.5 has even gone to a heavier, more basic frame- I've never seen that happen before.

The price of the rockhopper expert has actually gone up.
I don't think this year's paint schemes are as good either ( fickle!)
