I ride a 04 Cannondale Gemini 900 with a Manitou sherman fork when I bought it, it had hugh heavy and cracked! 2.2 Tioga black turtle tyres. I put a 2.35 kenda Nevegal on the rear which didn't seem to blow up as big as the Tioga. I've been getting a few pinch flats with the nevegal so was looking to switch to Maxxis Minions, does anyone know how big they blow up? do you gain much with a 2.5 and will it fit in a gemini frame and sherman fork??

I run 2.5 minions and they are about the same size as my old Tioga 2.3s. Maxxis tend to be a bit smaller in general.
