1. 2.35 or 2.1?

2. prone to sidewall rips?

3. are they fast rolling?

4. any major disadvantages?

cheers

Compound?
I'm running a 2.5 62a for normal riding & a super tacky for hooning around - I'm going to try 2.35s, sidewalls seem strong, I wouldn't say they're fast rollimg but not draggy either.
I'm very pleased with them, I have just put a Larsen TT Lust on the rear of another bike & thats good to!

Sounds alright, I was thinking of using super tacky on the front, 62a on the back.

I've had 4 of the 2.35 LUST tyres. Small for a 2.35 but good combination of grip and weight i think. Not fast rolling though. It is also unclear what compound they are. Doesn't say on packaging, the importers don't know, and they are advertised in different places as 62A and 42A. Feel much more like 62 to me.

Biggest issue is that 2 of them have developed large "blisters" on the outside of the tread presumably from layers of the tyre separating. Both have been replaced by the shops i bought them from. ? reaction to sealant.

If it wasn't for the blistering I would stick with them but may try a Rubber Queen next.

Cheers

2.35 roll like highrollers, i.e. not fantastic but are best all round tyre I've found.

Sidewalls are ok but I've split 2 LUST highroller and 1 LUST ignitor at the bead, so not the toughest.

I've not had a problem with the side walss or bead but this happened twice using Stan's sealant. Unlike with Kenda tyres there is no advice to the contrary so not sure why this happened.

I've had that happen on a Ignitor as well, I thought it was a dodgey tire but I guess it wasn't then
