[Closed] Maxxis High Roller excessive wear ?

Got one of the 62a on the back .Been on since January and it's well worn .Done about 1100 miles and to be fair quite a bit on tarmac.Would the 70a be more hard wearing or are they a lot heavier?

Yep, that's about right, they're not massively hard wearing. and yeah the 70a ones last longer, not a lot in it weight wise either

I understand the Crossmark is supposed to be a decent XC tyre, but I've no direct experience of it.

Crossmark is faster rolling than the high roller but less all round grip. Not so good in the wet either but a fine, quick dry conditions tyre on the back. Not sure I'd want one on the front though.
