Sounded like a reasonable middle ground option with some fairly enthusiastic reviews for generally traily rocky wet and crappy conditions but seems completely non-existent in the UK / Europe?

Maxxis stuff takes a long time to hit shops after reviews. Months.

I'd never really noticed.
Wow even so, though. Getting reviewed at the beginning of Spring 2017 and still not being in the shops for Winter 2017 (as a wet trail tyre) seems a pretty dumb marketing strategy.
