So a mate has a Maxxis Dissector, its the newer G2 version with the slightly different tread pattern compared to the old version Â
Now his Dissector G2 is a OEM tyre (white Maxxis logo) and is 29 x2.6, yet Maxxis list the G2 Dissector as available in 29x2.4 only on their websiteÂ
Seems strange for them to make a 2.6 version for oem only and not release it for aftermarketÂ
That would be a great front tyre for the summer. Maxxis do this for big brands, Orbea had an exclusive EXO+ Rekon for a few years before it was available after market.Â
The Maxxis website isn't always correct. For example the high roller 3 is available in exo+ casing but that version isn't listed.
Cool that may explain it then, even searching Google there are no Dissectors G2's in 29x2.6 for sale anywhere, Maxxis don’t even list a 27.5 version of the G2 and all the reviews say the new G2 Dissector is only available in 29x2.4
