Has anyone tried these tyres?,looking at the weather forcast for Mountain Mayhem and thinking i might need something grippier than my usual Crossmark rear,Ardent front.How would they compare to Bontrager Mud X do you think?

Mud-x on the back. Beaver (fnar!) on the front for me. I think Crossmark/Ardent might be a bit aspiration based on current trail conditions 😉

running Beavers, they are great with the right psi, bit sketchy but controllable,
used to run MudXs on a 26er, I found they lost their edge quickly,

Sounds like a much better idea than riding around in the mud from my point of view!
Now all I need is a couple of willing volunteers... 😉
