[#5042455]

Broke my second pro2 axle yesterday, on the first run of a uplift day, rather annoyed to say the least. Hope
are replacing the axle foc, but should I change the maxle lite to a maxle as well, like they suggest,- does it make any difference?

Yes, as I understand, on some (possibly all) pro 2 hubs they have bearings in the middle. The Maxel light reduced profile in the middle means this central bearing isn't supported, hence the breakage

least this is what i was told when i had similar set up (I swapped out the maxel light straight away and never suffered any issues)

I've just bought this, and the image shows that it doesn't have a reduced central profile, is that what the updated refers to?

I broke a pro 2 axle while using the full maxle not the maxle light.
Hope replaced it foc but still spoilt my day.

Duane, yep, that's the replacement without the taper.
Pretty expensive for what it is, in my opinion.

Ok, thanks. Yup, ridiculously expensive. Managed to snap the lever bolt off my Formula equivalent which came on my Meta ๐Ÿ™
