Just sent my rear crossmax st wheel back to mavic via CRC. Hub preloaded adjuster keeps coming loose and needs constant tightening. Despite doing this regularly it now has an audible clunk side to side even when adjusted. It seems this is a common problem. Anyway, how quick are mavic at dealing with returns? I've pinched a wheel of my other bike but seeing as one is 135 qr and the other is 142 x12 this is a bit of a pain so hope the wait won't be too long.

How old are the wheels?
Iirc CRC are not Mavic Plus dealers so may take a while
