Just before I bid on eBay does anyone know if 2011 spokes are the same length as 2012. Or where can I buy individual spokes.

Mavic did change the 2012 range. The spokes are shorter than the 2011.

I was just about to recommend Neil at 247cycleshop but he beat me to it.
I've purchase individual spokes from pedal on in Tadley. Worth a call to them for help.
