[Closed] Mavic QR adaptor not fitting Cannondale QR dropout?

Morning all

Had a collision with a lorry on the way to Pyrenees for a riding holiday... wrecked my rear wheel and Mrs Shecks front wheel, which were rear mounted

Bought a pair of Ksyrium Elites, as came with adaptors for 12mm bolt thru but were convertible to QR for my wife’s bike

Turns our the QR adaptors for the front wheel are slightly too wide to insert in the drop outs... as in axle diameter, not axle length. Have fitted tyres and rotor so may not be able to return.

Anyone else had this problem?

if so, what did you do? File out the drop outs, file down the QR adaptor that pushes into the axle?
