Not a pull off one
Not allen keys in either end
Some 5 hole pin spanner thing under the pull off end cap
Not sure on year

The axle is threaded kind of nut and bolt style. Loosen both pinhole parts and it should be obvious which is the tensioner. Once the “nut” end is off the axle should be able to be unscrewed. That’s how mine were.

Cool, what year were yours. The 5 hole cap on the drive side doesn't want to turn😩

That sounds like an ID360 hub that need the specific Mavic tool to undo and retighten. They are expensive....about £60.
