Confused....again
Iv got my eyes on some Mavic wheels but I need to covert the axle from 12mm to 9mm im guessing for a 9mm QR skewer to go through. So why when I search for the adapters is the only thing I find is to covert from 12mm to 9.5mm?
Is there a particular type of skewer that fits these or is it just a standard 9mm Skewer,, thrown me a bit

is the standard actually c/o imperial. 3/8" = about 9.5mm
