Hey all,
Just bought a Maverick Speedball of some guy on ebay turned up today and I was pretty happy - it was a quite weak in function so decided to strip it and see if I could sort - turns out the valve at the base of the piston was cracked and leaking and trying to sort it I managed to snap it. I understand these units are out of service now and parts are v rare - but does anybody have an old unit they are using as a paperweight or similar they woudl like to flog so I can use for spares.

Do you mean the air valve at the bottom of the unit? The valve is just a standard schrader valve that you can unscrew with a valve tool.
