Hi, got an older set of 55's ATA forks. Have had two new cartridges and the forks are now working ok but I don't have enough confidence in them eg to take them across to the Alps for a week of abuse.

Have heard about the spring conversion kit that marzocchi are selling for £50 and was wondering if anyone had any experience of these ? Are they any good ? What adjustments do you retain - i think it will just be rebound ? Are they easy enough to fit or should i leave it to my lbs ?

I have spoken to windwave, mojo and TF and none of them have any real experience of the kit to comment.

Cheers
