Help i have just put these second hand forks on my 456 summer but the spring is to soft so i need a firmer spring plus they squeek when their compressed can anyone advise how to change the spring

Windwave.co.UK (Marz distributers) should be able to point you in the right direction for the spring.
Myself I'd be dubious about spending any money on them though as they're quite basic (hense the squeak?) instead I'd trawl the classifieds for some £50 MX comp's or RS Tora's. 😕
