[Closed] Marzocchi Marathon Problem

Hi all,

I've got a bit of a problem with my 2008 Marzocchi Marathon SL WC. It's pretty new (about 15 rides) and I believe I have set up the air pressures right, here are my data:

Weight: 82 kg
SFA: 5 bar (approx 72 psi)
PAR: 8 bar (approx 116 psi)

These numbers are set after reading the manaul as well as looking to Marzocchi's homepage.

Now, my problem is that when the fork is about 1/3 compressed the transition from the top to the bottom chamber is very very hard. I can be compressed further and when it gets further down the travel becomes smooth again - so it is only in the area of 1/3 compression the problem exists 🙁

Does anyone know what causes this? And more important - what I can do to fix it??
