I have a 2011 55 Micro Ti fork that has a couple of issues.
Firstly it tops out.
Secondly, none of the damper adjustments work except the rebound which only works for the last couple of clicks. Even on full, the rebound is still very quick. I guess this could be causing the top out.
Anyone got any ideas that might work before sending back to Windwave?

Sounds like the rebound circuit is buggered - this would cause the top-out. Or they're missing oil through a leak?
Mine do this if I've had the bike upside down at all - this causes the oil to drain out the damper. Righting the bike and bouncing the fork a few times gets it back to normal though.
Windwave are usually pretty good at sorting out warranty issues - give them a shout!
