Thinking of getting some of these, but haven't found much in the way of reviews or such like on them. Anyone running a set care to share their opinions on them - good / bad, reliable?

Thanks

I seem to recall Dirt magazine liked them - it might be worth browsing their website for a review.

I've got a set on my FS, really like them.

Go for it if you can find a good deal

Dirt had them on their 'Dirt100' list this year and their opinion is very favourable. I'd love to have a set on my hardtail but two features prevent this.

First they are 15mm through axle only and my wheels are 20mm and are not convertible.

Second they are designed around a spring with air assist; spring in one leg, air preload in the other. Nothing wrong with this arrangement except that there are only two springs availble (pretty sure this is the case still), medium and soft. If you're over a given weight, not sure what that weight is but I know for sure I'm well over it, then you end up having to run loads of air preload and the reports are that this significantly dulls performance, making it very notchy.

If they did a range of springs for all riders I think I would have even compromised and got a new front wheel to acommodate them.

One big plus factor for them though is that they are built around a 3-year no need to service design.

I've got two pairs - one at 140mm/15mm on my c456, one at 120mm/QR on a Kinesis.

Great forks, I really like them ๐Ÿ™‚

3 year warranty is a big plus, too.

geetee - Dirt had the 44 rc3 ti in their top 100 this year? Which I find to be the best fork I've ever ridden but i don't want to compare to the micro ti which has several differences (TST and no RC3 damper?).

Thanks for all the replies everyone, much appreciated.

Yes Dirt reviewed the 44 rc3 Ti's which are 'proper' coil forks, not the micro Tis which are air sprung. Wish Marzocchi would make their nomenclature a bit easier to understand!
