[Closed] Marzocchi 320lcr remote

Hi folks,

Just taken ownership of a pair of 2015 marzocchi 320 LCR forks.

Spent last night setting up the remote lockout. When I press the lever I can hear a wee click where the cable enters the top cap (like it's closing a valve or something) but the forks don't lock out and there is no noticeable difference in fork feel / movement.

Am I missing out something obvious (forks needs oil topped up or something). Forks are new so I can contact crc or windwave if needed but am hoping it's something I've missed. Although I did follow the marzocchi video tutorial on how to set it up.
