i've decided to do it tomorrow and was wondering weather the route is signposted? Also is there anything else I should look out for or do.

I'm starting from hebden bridge.

Yes it is signposted all the way round just watch you dont head off on the PBW north or south!

I know of a sign thats down at Holme Chapel and some waymarker posts have gone missing around the canal at Bottomley.

If you have an up to date OS map and the free leaflet you should be OK.
