Thanks for the heads up - in about 5 hours time my mum will ring for her weekly chat and somewehere in the conversation she'll say "we were having a coffee at Waterside and this group of mountain bikers went past....."
Must stay awake till that point.....

Well, the terrain won't have been slowing them down
