Creaking like ****!!
any common places i should be looking??
where to start rear dropout?

Rear dropout for sure.
Then bushings
Then saddle rails etc
Then BB
bushings = bearings???
Saddle SDG bell air, have i read somewhere they creak?
BB only a month or 2 old
Figure out whether it happens if you get off the saddle, or when you take feet off pedals.
Had the same problem, chainged BB, was going to anyway. Still creaked, so removed every bolt associated with the bearings, greased them and re fitted them.
Found one bolt end rubbing frame ( the bolt end only accessable when front shock is deflated and frame can bottom out) so could have been that, but problem solved and now I silently move through the woods thanks to common or garden grease.
