Rapha comes up pretty big. My XL is baggy on my 45" frame.

Might be worth checking any recommendations are machine washable too, as my nice man sized (not quite Ton sized) craighopper bargain turned my g/f's size (yes much smaller) even in a cool machine wash

Ground Effect stuff usually comes in decent sizes.

I'm a 42-44" chest and I'm wearing a M in their ristretto vest type thingy. It is quite snug but then it wicks better.

howies merino base layers dont shrink in machine washes (@ 40deg)

XL is baggy on me - Im 45"

Second on the Howies reccomendations Big Man, an XL would do you and can be washed easily and safely.
