Hi,
Anyone changed the bushes and bearing in a linkage with this shock ?
Unfortunatley it's partly an LBS job as the DU bush tool/press is £44.95. The frame mounted bushes and bearings are maybe a press fit too.
I have the PDf of the manual for the shock.

Well so far so good.
Came off frame easily, just need to measure (vernier gauge) the bushes I need and take them off. Also need to measure some of the bearings.
Luckily I have an arbor press at work and can make a press fit/release jig.
The du bushing kit is really just a chain link tool but for a larger diameter than a chain link.

Thanks for the link but the arbor press at work and table will do the trick for the press fit bushes and negates the need for that tool. Although I can turn and thread one if needed. I teach CDT so have access to a lathe etc.
