I need a Mattoc Comp service guide. Manitous guide page only has info for the pro and expert. Hotlines has limited information for the comp model. Only info they could give me is oil levels.
Reason i need the guide is, i got myself a Stereo with a Mattoc Comp installed. There was never any rebound or compression damping, felt like there was no oil in the damping leg, so i sent them to Hotlines to have them repaired under warranty. I got them back on Xmas eve and was up the hill today. Problem is now they have a knocking or clunking at max/fast rebound. I think the technician has now put too much oil or too heavy an oil in them.
I'm not willing to wait another 2 weeks for them to balls it up again so does anyone have a working knowledge of Manitou forks?
I believe the Mattoc Comp is a longer travel, 34mm, Minute Pro. Mars air spring and abs+, tpc damping. So, could i follow instructions for servicing a Minutes internals mixed with instructions for a Mattoc Experts externals?
