Pro Cycle Hire are meant to be spotty dog.

As for Transfers? Have a look at Rental Cars.com -Cheap enough to get a hire car and do the 50minute drive?

I've used Zip Transfers in a couple of countries - they're an umbrella that farms the work out to local companies but it's been reasonable cost and efficeint so far.

Not sure about airport transfers but I can highly recommend Bike Island Mallorca in the centre of PP for bike hire. They are a pretty new company so the bikes are as good as new and the service and price is excellent.

Visited Pollença in August, would recommend  Suntransfers from airport to resort transfer  and I hired a Mid ranged road bike from 2gocycling who were excellent.

https://www.procyclehire.com/   are good, just outside Port a Pollensa, walkable.  Make sure you book on line, you can't just walk in.  I hired a Massi carbon for a few days a couple of weeks ago, decent value. great bike museum and coffee shop too.

It did rain hard.  There are other places in Port a Pollensa.  Formentor is a good ride, and you can park at LLuc if you are going to ride Sa Colobra and don't have the legs to do it from Pollensa.

Take a spare tube and a decent mini pump. you are supplied both, but I punctured and I'm very glad it was at the end of the ride.

Enjoy
