It’s 12v CXT not the 18v LXT most of their battery tools are.

Plus little compressors like this aren’t much good for tubeless bike tyres - fine for topping up but won’t give a big burst of pressure to seat like a proper tank-type compressor will.

Good news. Makita are so annoying constantly coming out with new tools that I 'need'. Thankfully, I'm 18v 😅

Shame they don’t do an 18 v lxt model of this. Would be useful if you’ve got batteries already.

Makita need to do a 18v power washer too. Now that would be handy.

Hells yeah they do. I'd be all over a Worx style pressure washer on 18v batteries. Amazed they don't to be honest.

eeeeevvvvvvveeeeeennnnnnnttttttuuuuuuuaaaaalllllllllllyyyyyyyyy.

ryobi do one with an air tank.

They do a very good job of hiding the air delivery on those...... hard to find a way of bragging about 0.5 CFM  though lol

😀 that's my point, for those who might assume this is useful for inflating tubeless

(Re Ryobi)

What throughput do you need if you have a 120 psi, 1 gallon tank? OK so it takes a couple of minutes to charge it up but then you're gold.

Also, while I had the calculator open, 10 l/min = 0.5 cu ft/min, so they're both as bad as each other, only one already has the tank...
