Just bought some kit from a very large bike shop on line as they were cheap.
However the jacket is too small and the shorts too big, Guessing the ywill allow me to swap?
Anything [a couple of exceptions] bought online can be returned without penalty
all mail order goods can be returned no worries.
its the law innit.
Only had trouble once or twice returning stuff.
Merlin cycles were a pain, sent an item back recorded delivery, I received it back 3 weeks later with a note from the post office saying merlin would not accept it... Barstewards!
Took them over 2 weeks to post it off in the first place.
Sent an email over to CRC where i got the items from. They have the items in different sizes, so should be a problem, especially as i haven't taken the tags off 🙂
