[Closed] Magura Adapters

Right, my Magura Matra brakes have failed again, so instead of overhauling them (again), I have decided to replace with some new Magura MT4s (from CRC) which will be PM

My question is which adapter do I need for the follow;
Front - Currently the fork is PM mount suitable for 160mm rotor - want to adapt to 180mm rotor so will be PM to PM (I think it is a QM7)
Rear - Currently IS for a 160mm rotor - want to adapt PM, guessing it will need to be adapted to 180mm rotor (I think it is a QM10 or QM12)

Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.
