I do bottles on my road bikes, but have 4 cages between 2 bikes; so that would be quite a sum of money just to equip my current bikes.

Of course there is one major flaw - no dust cap. 🙄

I think it's a good idea - not everyone wants to have a full bladder on their back. Split the load between your back and your bike. Simples. 🙂

Of course if one has energy drink in the bladder, one can carry plain water on the bike. Again, simples. 🙂
