Hi,
I've just snapped the rear swing arm and suspension linkage on my 2012 Ariel 143.
I'm off to Molini in two weeks, so am desperate to get the bike fixed.
Is there anyone on here who works for Madison/Saracen and can help?

You'll need to get through a dealer I'd have thought.

Back to your dealer and they'll contact Madison.

Impressive damage! How did you manage that??
Madison are usually very good to deal with, in my experience.

I'll try the dealer, they aren't open until Monday.
I was just rolling along a canal path Frankie ๐Ÿ™‚

Madison are usually dynamite on warranty. If the dealer rings them there and then and the parts are in stock it'll be a quick turnaround.

Haha yeah it does look like a crashed bike but it was a perfectly normal landing.
Well apart from the tyre rubbing on the seat tube afterwards

I've just received a brand new 14x frame in the post, absolutely delighted.
Big thanks to Singletrack Bikes who handled the whole thing faultlessly.
Also it's great to have a manufacturer replace the frame with no quibbles.
They've got a life long fan now

Ditto, my first Ariel arrived with a dent in the down tube. Took a photo and emailed it to them, they had a courier collect it a few days later and I had a brand new one within the week.
It's stuff like that that has me coming back to a brand rather than the latest fad.

Ditto, issues with getting replacement parts for my Genesis frame that dragged on for months resulted in Madison insisting that I get a new frame, no questions asked. Mine was 12 months old, well ridden and bought second hand too! Madison have a fan here as well.
