[Closed] Mad Maxle

I'm using 2011 Rebas with a 20mm Maxle lite and am suffering from worse and worse problems with it coming loose. I used to experience this occasionally and resolved it by tightening the small allen bolt embedded within the qr lever, but the looseness is becoming much more frequent. I basically have to check my front wheel before every descent.

I'm tempted to use thread lock on the small allen screw, but not sure that will actually help. It's difficult to tell what's happening. Any tips? Is it just a fundamentally poor design? Advice much appreciated.
