[Closed] Machen trail route advice

A few of us are heading down to south wales and fancy riding something other than the trail centres.
Having seen the MTBCUT Trail diaries vid with Fabien Barel and ben cathro we fancy having a blast about machen and doing our best impressions of a multiple world champ.
I am after any helpful info on the trails/ how to get to them and where to start and any gps routes would be handy too as i can get hold of a gps pretty easily. We do favour the descents so no climb heavy routes if poss.
