Thinking about heading up to the Macc Forest area tomorrow for a ride and after a few pointers on routes. Looking for something that’s about 30k and take no more than 5hours at a steady pace.
I’ve got the V Publishing White Peak book which has a 32k route, named Wildboarclough, and I’ve seen the Singletrack route from issue 77. Which is the best bet or could someone recommend better or variations of these?

[url= http://www.theedgecycleworks.com/mtbroutes/macc-forest-classic/ ]This one [/url]works well for me. You'll be able to do it easily in less than 5 hours. Last time I did it in less than 3 hours (but I did miss the last climb out because I'm a wimp)
