[Closed] Lyrik travel issues

Hi, I have 2011 (I think) Rockshox Lyriks Coil U-Turn 160mm and at the weekend they developed an issue where they only move 60mm or so through the travel. As soon as they have gone through 60mm they hit the bump stop. It was like riding with a flat tyre.

I think they were initially quite stiff so didn't move through the 60mm that easily so I didn't notice I wasn't getting full travel. They then eased off and started hitting the bump stop all the time.

I've no idea about forks or what to even look at. I haven't changed any settings since I got them over a year ago but thats probably only around 200 miles of riding.
