I weight around 68kg with all my gear, have the shock set with around 25-30% sag and it feels ok dont know the exact PSI im running but its not much,I use all the travel but still unsure on what sort of compression damping i should be using?

For anyone who weights roughly the same as me with the solo airs give me a good allround set and forget setting for the fork?...mine are the RC2 DH version of the fork.

As said they feel ok but for example when i go cannock which is my main spot the upper cliff black section theres a few bigish drop offs that need to be rolled off rather than dropped off as there just not enough entrance speed to drop/jump off them and the forks dive and about throw me over the bars and the same for a local spot i ride with them being set with a low PSI to use all the travel. On a steep section when i dab the brakes the forks dive and again feel as though its going to throw me over.

Can anyone give me some good HSC /LSC and rebound settings to try ,ideally to dial in and forget.

Thanks

Try this for a start. I have the same forks but am heavier. I'm struggling with all the settings so also interesting in peoples thoughts.

Ive been using 4 and 4, mine dont have the floodgate but im still finding them diving probably because of the pressure i have to have them set to to use the full travel of the fork.
